Houlihan Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor on the sale of Northside Emergency Pet Clinics (“NEPC”), a provider of emergency veterinary medicine, to Connecticut-based PetVet Care Centers (“PetVet”), a portfolio company of KKR.
With locations in Westminster and Boulder, CO, Northside Emergency Pet Clinics is a leading provider of 24-hour emergency veterinary medicine throughout the Denver and Boulder metropolitan areas. NEPC now joins a fast-growing PetVet platform that aims to propel the company into its next phase of growth.
