Daniel Sill

Vice President

Daniel Sill is a Vice President in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. Mr. Sill performs valuations for public and privately-held businesses, venture capital and private equity funds, business interests, gift and estate planning, financial accounting, and tax reporting purposes. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Sill was a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Business Analytics group of BDO USA, LLP, where he focused on portfolio valuations for venture capital and private equity funds, business enterprise valuations for financial reporting and tax compliance purposes, and valuation reviews in support of audits.

Mr. Sill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, East Bay.
