Jacques Zureikat is a Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Investment Banking practice. He is responsible for leading the day-to-day efforts of several sell-side M&A transactions from pitch to close. In addition to his primary role on the execution team, Mr. Zureikat plays an active role in the firm’s business development, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
Mr. Zureikat has experience across a broad range of industries including facility services (particularly HVAC), manufacturing and distribution, cannabis, healthcare, and infrastructure services, among others. Mr. Zureikat has advised on a variety of engagements and transaction types including strategic M&A, buyouts, recapitalizations, valuation analyses and debt financings.
Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Zureikat began his investment banking career interning at Ziegler in the firm’s Corporate Finance Healthcare group. He also completed several other internships at Thun Financial Advisors, Forum Financial Management, and Vector Marketing.
Mr. Zureikat graduated with high honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking. There, he served as President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and as a member of the Investment Banking Club within the Wisconsin School of Business. As a General Securities Principal of FINRA, Mr. Zureikat currently holds Series 24, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications.
