Daniel Gordon

Daniel Gordon is an Associate in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. He performs valuations for financial reporting (ASC 820, 718, 805, and 350), tax, strategic planning, and transaction opinion (fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy) purposes. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.
Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Gordon was an Associate in KPMG’s Valuation Services group. There, he was involved in numerous valuation advisory engagements, focusing on the alternative investments industry, specifically on credit securities.
Mr. Gordon earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics specializing in Financial Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
Ethan Lentz

Ethan Lentz is an Associate in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. Mr. Lentz performs valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax, strategic planning and transaction opinion purposes. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.
Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Lentz was an Associate in CLA’s Valuation group. There, he was involved in a number of valuation advisory engagements, including but not limited to ASC 805, 718, 350, and fair market value analyses.
Mr. Lentz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities - Curtis L. Carlson School of Management.
