Joe Lunkes

Senior Advisor - Investment Banking

Joe Lunkes is a Senior Advisor for Houlihan Capital. With over 25 years of middle-market M&A and investment banking experience Mr. Lunkes has managed numerous buy and sell-side M&A mandates, public and private debt placements, and equity capital offerings. Mr. Lunkes was a Senior Vice President of EVEREN Securities, Inc. (formerly Kemper Securities, Inc.) where he co-founded and managed the firms' Mergers & Acquisition Group.

He has held Managing Director and Vice President positions in the investment banking departments of RSM Capital Markets, Dresner Investment Services, and Geneva Capital Markets. Mr. Lunkes began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co. and, after earning his MBA, began his banking career with Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Company in Chicago.

Mr. Lunkes received a BA in accounting from Loyola University in Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
