Cole Giordon

Vice President

Cole Giordon is a Vice President in Houlihan Capital’s Investment Banking group. He is responsible for leading day-to-day transaction execution efforts across a broad range of industries including business services, industrials, consumer products, distribution, and transportation, among others. Cole has advised on a variety of engagements and transaction types including valuation analyses, buyouts, strategic M&A, recapitalizations, and debt financings.

Cole received a BS in Finance, with a focus in international business, from Miami University. He currently holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications.
