Jessica Balock

Associate

Jessica Balock is an Associate in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. Ms. Balock performs valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax, strategic planning and transaction opinion purposes. Her responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Ms. Balock was a Senior Associate in EY’s Strategy and Transactions group. There, she was involved in a number of valuation advisory engagements, including but not limited to ASC 805, 409a, 350, 606, and fair market value analyses.  Additionally, she performed financial due diligence for a number of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.

Ms. Balock earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics with a concentration in Business Law and Ethics from Fordham University’s, Gabelli School of Business.
