Senior Vice President

Madeline Sniezek is a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. Ms. Sniezek performs valuations for public and privately-held businesses, business interests, gift and estate planning, financial accounting, and tax reporting purposes. Her responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Ms. Sniezek was a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Business Analytics group of BDO USA, LLP, where she focused on business enterprise and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting and tax compliance purposes, such as purchase price allocations and goodwill / intangible asset impairment testing.

Ms. Sniezek earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas. Ms. Sniezek is a Level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
