Madeline Sniezek

Senior Vice President

Madeline Sniezek is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Capital's Valuation and Financial Advisory practice. Ms. Sniezek has over eight years of professional experience in the financial services industry and performs valuations for financial reporting, tax, strategic planning, and transaction opinions (fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy). She has extensive experience valuing common stock and preferred stock of private and public companies across a broad range of industries. She has also advised several fund clients on the value of their cryptocurrency holdings. 

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Ms. Sniezek was a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Business Analytics group of BDO USA, LLP, where she focused on business enterprise and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting and tax compliance purposes, such as purchase price allocations and goodwill / intangible asset impairment testing. 

Ms. Sniezek earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas. She is in the process of becoming a CFA® Charterholder and has passed the Level I Exam.
