Ryan Martindell

Senior Associate

Ryan Martindell is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Valuation and Financial Advisory Group. He performs valuations for financial reporting (ASC 820, 718, 805, and 350), tax, strategic planning, and transaction opinion (fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy) purposes. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses, and drafting valuation reports.

Prior to joining Houlihan Capital, Mr. Martindell was an Associate in RSM’s Valuation Services group. There, he was involved in a number of valuation advisory engagements, including but not limited to ASC 805, 820, 718, 962 and fair market value analyses. Previously, he worked at an auto finance company working on securitization transactions.

Mr. Martindell earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and a minor in Accounting from Clemson University.
